Easter is this weekend – where has the year gone? That’s what many is saying and I’m here to Plan Your Simple Easter Dinner Menu. You may have a traditional meal in mind, but sometimes it’s good too to mix it up a bit. I don’t go overboard with lots of things, just a few basic good dishes we all love. You may need to add a few more for a larger family.

simple easter dinner menu my home and travels

Start off with a Ham made in the Crock Pot

Get out another Crock Pot and do Potatoes with Fresh Green Beans

Make up this Cucumber and Tomato Salad earlier in the day to marinate

These Easy Biscuits are the greatest to go with the Ham Gravy

Mini Crustless Cheesecakes for dessert can also be made ahead of time

Now who’s hungry?

We love leftovers at our house, but I try to change it up a bit waiting a day before serving.

These Baked Beans with Bacon and this Loaded Potato Salad are perfect.  This is a perfect meal to grab your plate and head outside to eat.

Then, if there’s still leftover Ham, so see all of these ways to use it up.

How To Use Leftover Ham

Now’s the time to Plan Your Simple Easter Dinner Menu by buying your groceries, thinking about the table and how to set it, and even making the biscuits and putting them in the freezer. Then pop them out Sunday and bake.

Thanks for stopping by as we talk all things home and travel. I was doing “DIY” before it was the thing to do. I was born in a big city and lived on farms growing up in small towns. Now I live in what some would consider a moderately big city. I still enjoy the common things associated with a home, mainly cooking and decorating, but always make time for travel. Maybe it’s finding something fun in my hometown, or exploring new places on a road trip or cruise. Please pull up a chair, have a cup of coffee, and let’s talk about it. Read more
