1 ยฝ cup heavy whipping cream
1 โ 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
6 cups whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips โ I used semi-sweet, but milk chocolate would work well also
Pour all the liquid ingredients into a 4 โ 6 qt Crock Pot and stir together
Mix in chips (I used mini chips this time)
Turn on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
If you want this quicker, just heat all liquids in a heavy saucepan until it simmers, do not boil. Add chips and stir til melted.

Retailers are making it easier for you too with great ideas like pre-made cocoa bombs, peppermint spoons, and cute, tiny marshmallows. I even found peppermint flavored marshmallows.
Hereโs the one I have created for my family to enjoy.
