Not only does this Keto Mojito taste refreshing and amazing, it’s also super simple to make. With just a few simple ingredients and a short amount of time, you’ll be sipping away and dreaming of the warm weather in just a few months, at least for most of us.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO MAKE A KETO MOJITO COCKTAIL?

  • 1 large lime, thinly sliced
  •  12 large mint leaves
  •  4oz Vodka
  •  4oz simple syrup (zero net simple syrup below)
  •  Sparkling Water

Zero Net Carb Simple Syrup Ingredients:

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup zero carb sweetener/erythritol

HOW DO YOU MAKE A KETO MOJITO COCKTAIL?

In a small saucepan, bring ½ cup of water to a boil. Add in ½ cup of your zero carb sweetener and immediately remove from heat. Stir until all sweetener is dissolved and set aside to thicken and cool.

Fill 4 glasses halfway with ice. Add in 3 mint leaves, ¼ of the lime slices, 1 oz vodka, and 1 oz simple syrup to each.

Muddle all together until limes and mint leaves are mashed well.

Top off with sparkling water and enjoy!

Another idea of this easy cocktail, take it with you.  Think about traveling and how easy these ingredients are to take with you or purchase when you are on vacation.  Another advantage, it’s better on the budget too.

If you have trouble finding this sweetener in stores, always find it on Amazon.  This is my affiliate link.

Now sit back and dream of those warm days on the porch or on the beach, where I will be in just a few short weeks.  Here’s a hint.

I may bring supplies with me to make in hotel. Wish I could on cruise – a whole lot cheaper.

Thanks for stopping by as we talk all things home and travel. I was doing “DIY” before it was the thing to do. I was born in a big city and lived on farms growing up in small towns. Now I live in what some would consider a moderately big city. I still enjoy the common things associated with a home, mainly cooking and decorating, but always make time for travel. Maybe it’s finding something fun in my hometown, or exploring new places on a road trip or cruise. Please pull up a chair, have a cup of coffee, and let’s talk about it. Read more
