Valentine’s Day Cake Mix Cookies
What do you do if your kids need a last minute treat for any upcoming Valentine’s Day Party? What about if it’s their turn to bring treats for a sports event? These Valentine;s Day Cake Mix Cookies are your answer. Plus they are easy enough your kids might want to make them on their own. Of course, supervision is always recommended.
I tend to always have these ingredients on hand so it’s easy enough to make them up last minute. Pin this to Pinterest and remember for other holidays just by changing up the color of the sprinkles.
Gather all your ingredients
Mix all together in medium mixing bowl
Form into 1″ balls and roll in sprinkles
Bake

Super easy cookies to make at last minute.
Ingredients
- 15 oz box Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Sprinkles 3 oz bottle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Pour cake mix into medium mixing bowl
- Add 2 eggs
- Add vanilla
- Add melted butter
- Mix well by hand or on medium with hand mixer
- Make about 1" balls from mixture
- Roll these balls in sprinkles, coating well
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until just starting to brown and set
- Cool on baking rack
- Store in air-tight container
Notes
Use a 1" cookie scoop for more uniform sizes
Uniform sizes also bake more evenly
Substiute other holiday or colored sprinkles for more occasions
