- ยฝ cup strong brewed coffee cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- โ cup sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- ยผ cup milk โ Do not use skim milk
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 โ 3oz packages of ladyfingers
- 1 tablespoon cocoa

How to make Tiramisu
Combine coffee and liqueur, set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth then add sour cream, milk, and vanilla and mix til well blended.
Place one package of ladyfingers in an unprepared 8ร8 dish.
Brush with ยฝ the coffee mixture.
Top with ยฝ cream cheese mixture.
Repeat process.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
Sift on cocoa just before serving.
