Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Did you know that most Pumpkin Spice Drinks you purchase doesn’t even have pumpkin in it?  This recipe does.

I’ve even included a recipe for your own HOMEMADE PUMPKIN PIE SPICE MIX so you can have this on hand easily also.

What you need to make this pumpkin spice creamer:

  • 1 ¾ cup heavy whipping cream, divided
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin puree – canned or homemade
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Easy directions:

In a microwave-safe bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and ½ cup of whipping cream.

In 30-second intervals, heat this pumpkin mixture, stirring after each 30-second interval.

Heat until thoroughly heated and blended, approximately 2 – 3 minutes.

Add remaining whipping cream (1 ¼ C), sweetened condensed milk, and whisk until well blended.

Storing your Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Pour into airtight container such as a Mason Jar and refrigerate.

Shake well before each use.

This can be kept up to one week in the refrigerator.

How to store leftover pumpkin puree

This can be stored for up to a week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

For longer storage, it can be frozen.

Easy idea – using an ice cube tray, place 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree in each section.  Freeze.  After freezing, remove and store in freezer container or zip-lock bag.  This can be kept for up to a year.

Hints and tips:

Freeze 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree in ice cube tray.

Use pure maple syrup as some processed taste can vary by sweetness

Use pure vanilla extract for better flavor
