Itโ€™s time to spoil your tastebuds with this simple homemade muffin recipe!

Can you use unripened bananas for this recipe?

You can but ripened bananas are the best. Theyโ€™ll mash easier and just tend to have a much more sweeter taste and flavor. Plus, letโ€™s be honestโ€ฆwe probably all have a few ripe bananas just sitting around on the corner, begging to be used.

How do I know when my muffins are done cooking in the oven?

Once the timer goes off, take a toothpick and stick it into the middle of a muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean, theyโ€™re done and ready to be pulled. If the toothpick has some batter on it still, theyโ€™re going to need a tad bit more baking time.
