It’s seriously delicious and a fun way to get your caffeine and coffee fix with a twist. This Dalgona Whipped Coffee recipe is probably one of my favorite ways to make it and I have a feeling that you just might agree. It sure is! It’s one of my favorites types of coffee because it has a sweetness to it that really stands out. Some coffee flavors are a bit bitter but not this one.

Dalgona Whipped Coffee

Gather up the list of simple ingredients below to get started.

Ingredients needed for homemade whipped coffee:

  • 3 tablespoons of boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • Milk or a vegetable beverage of your choice

How to make Dalgona Whipped Coffee

In a bowl, put together 3 tablespoons of instant coffee, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of boiling water.

Beat everything well, with a hand mixer or a whisk until everything is well beaten and the consistency is similar to whipped cream.

Or use a hand mixer

Fill a mug until about 2/3 with milk. You can use cold or warm milk according to your preferences, or you can also use a vegetable beverage of your choice.

On top, put a few spoons of the whipped coffee.

Your Dalgona coffee is ready! Use a spoon to mix the coffee with the milk as you drink it.

Tip: You can use whatever quantities you prefer, as long as you use the same
amount of hot water, sugar, and instant coffee.
