The best shopping ever —over 200 booths of antiques, vintage, upcycled and hand-crafted goods. Make sure you check out my friends and a few of my favorite booths: JBS Mercantile, The Strawberrry Patch, Junxtaposition, Repurpose Shop with Cari Cuskey, and Scarlett Scales Antiques. There is such a wide variety of items to check out and purchase, you may need more than one day (the tickets are good for all weekend remember).
I will be there on Friday – will you? Connect with me on Instagram with the hashtags #notjustpaperandpaint #countryliving #clfair #clfairfinds #nashvilleinfluencers
This contest closes on Thursday, April 14 at 10:00 am EST and the winner will be notified then. You have 24 hours to respond. Tickets will be mailed no later than Monday, April 18 or can be picked up local in the Chattanooga area.
Did I mention these are Early Bird Tickets – so not long lines to stand in. And they lines are l-o-n-g. And they are good for all 3 days. Such a win – win for all.

Queen’s Reward Meadery is a unique experience that anyone traveling to Tupelo should take advantage of. When we think of alcohol in the south, we usually think of whiskey, not Mead. Queen’s Reward Meadery is bringing Mead to the south, and it’s a welcome addition to the southern spirits experience. What is Mead The traditional…
I was asked to do a post about Spring Cleaning which to me begins with a little organizing and decluttering. What could I get done in just a few days with what I had on hand and only $25? A lot, starting in my kitchen. #SpringFever JUNK DRAWER One of the worst places in my…
On this rainy Saturday, it makes me remember hearing “no rain, no rainbow” on a Hallmark movie. I tried to find if it was credited to someone, and I couldn’t find one definite author. But to me the quote should be “no rain, no pollen” Who’s been suffering with allergies besides me? Spring time is…
Touring the Grand Ole Opry is something that everyone should do at least once in their lives. Whether you love country music or just love music in general, this American institution is an iconic venue that has featured some of the best music of any kind in Nashville. I recently visited, and had an opportunity…
Take a tour of the Florida Southern College campus which offers an incredible look at Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural genius with the largest single site collection of his architecture anywhere in the country. On a recent visit through Central Florida, what we experienced was nothing short of amazing. After touring a few more of Frank…
Don’t you love finding hidden gems in your town? Although I had heard of Bees on a Bicycle, a boutique garden center, I had never visited until recently. But now it will be my go-to place for anything garden related, or even for gifts. Some of you may be like me and enjoy all the…
There was a booth last year that had a large collection of white, vintage style, linen blouses and tops. I have regretted not buying one ever since I left last year’s show. I really hope to see them at the CL Fair this year!
Oh that is the worst feeling. I think I would rather have buyers remorse than not have something. Hope they are there. There is a list of vendors if you remember that.
My best find was at the Country Living Fair last year whebn I actually ran across an old old toy I wanted so badly when I was 5 years old!!It was a bright pink tiny washing machine !!!HAHA!!!! The first time I had seen one since then,(about 50 years!)!!!!! I LOVE this fair!!!!
Looking forward to spending the weekend with my sister shopping, eating and visiting with my daughter that lives in Nashville.
My favorite flea market find is my double wash tubs.
I love the smells, the happy sounds, the music, the finds! I haven’t been to the CL fair before but I can’t wait to go this year! I would LOVE to win a pair of tickets. That would take it over the top! 🙂
Wow – in your back door. It’s a very nice facility and I actually like it better than the Atlanta show. Not as hilly and rough terrain. Enjoy the show.
My favorite find was at CL Fair 2015 – metal flower buckets that hold kitchen utensils & wooden boxes turned into display frames. Oh..and a vintage 3 tier, metal flower-pot stand that now holds shoes.
Am so excited about going to this years CLFair!! My fav’ items have been from Jenni Bowlin and her booth is gorgeous!! Stuffed with goodies!! So hoping to win these! Am your IG follower under @jordanbev5

I’m guessing you know the flea market is that weekend too. I’m hoping to make both.
Was lucky enough to visit the flea market over the Easter week-end. Hoping to shop till we drop.
Bought heritage tomato plants last year at CL Fair and are FRIED GREEN TOMATOES FROM THE FOOD TRUCK VENDOR. Both were ultimately delicious!
That’s the good thing – a big variety and something for everyone. Just smelling the food trucks is worth the trip.
Favorite finds; Old Enamel Pans.
I used to have some old white ones with red trim but don’t know where they went to. Love them

This will be my first time at a CL Fair and I’m looking forward to finding “my favorite find”!!

This will be my first time – I have moved to Lebanon Tn from Kentucky and so excited this event is so close.
Wow – in your back door. It’s a very nice facility and I actually like it better than the Atlanta show. Not as hilly and rough terrain. Enjoy the show.

It’s almost like – what don’t I like at these events. I have a trip to Texas this summer so I’m looking for some of those vintage looking tops.
Favorite find: Antique mirrored dresser in almost mint condition for a steal!
Looking forward to the event! I’ve never been before.
Oh those finds at a really good price are the best. You will love this.
I love finding old quilts and old tools, the rusty kind!
I love tools. Oh how I wish I had kept some from our farm 40 years ago, but then you didn’t think about it.
