How To Make Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
This is a mixture which is standard for flavors, but it’s easy to customize on how you like it. You probably have all of this in your pantry now.
What you need:
- 3 ½ Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 2 ½ Teaspoons Ginger
- 2 ½ Teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1 ½ Teaspoons Allspice
Mix these ingredients together in a bowl or jar.
Seal tightly and store in cool, dry place.

If so, you will want to double or triple this recipe so you can have this on hand when needed.
