I don’t know about you, but this time of year is my favorite. Cooler temperatures and changing of the leaves are two of the top reasons, but really it’s all of the festivals and fairs that are held. Festivals and Fun – Things to Do in and Around Chattanooga
What’s your favorite event? Or food – funnel cakes maybe?
It’s the best time too for new holiday decor or even get that Christmas shopping list worked on.
This is going to become a weekly feature – Making Plans Monday. Who doesn’t start thinking of the weekend on Monday?
Here’s a few upcoming events to which should make your fall a little bit more fun. Always check their website or Facebook page for more details, including times or admission/ticket prices.
For this weekend, I’m planning on attending the Sunflower Stables and Barn Sale. This is the 2nd year and promises to be bigger and better than last year, which was a great show for the first year. Lots of antiques, food, and hand made crafts. Great quality and prices.
And, I haven’t been over to Hunt & Burrow since before my surgery so I’m anxious to see all of the new items vendors have stocked for the holidays. One of my favorite vendors is Farmhouse Family.
Then planning ahead to next week is Bird & Barn in the morning then Taste of Home in the evening. Quite a full day on the 27th.
So go ahead and mark your calendars. And watch for more Festivals and Fun – Things to Do in and Around Chattanooga each Monday.
